I just...I just felt like I had to do something.If I was there, I'd have killed the monster myself. But I wasn't. I just had to sit there and hear about it.
Those children were murdered and I couldn't do a damned thing.
....They are with God in paradise now. I guess that's the only solace we can take at this point...
...I'm sorry. I don't know what else to say.

It's strange, when I first heard about it I was shocked to hear about it, but not at an emotional level. Like I heard what you said, but it doesn't affect me.
somehow, seeing this picture gives me an idea. I don't see a man and three ponies.
I see a man with three children, who, today, was very afraid of losing them. who is afraid of having to do the worst thing any parent has to do; bury their own children. I don't know how you did it but seeing this picture actually gives me an idea of what happened.
you can call me insensitive or things like that I don't really care, the internet can desensitize you of such tragic events when you hear about it. Picture can tell a different story my friend.

I cannot fathom what sort of hatred could drive a man to do this to innocent children, what sort of values he had to have held to justify this.
In no way do I protect or approve of what has been done today. But all the same, I can't feel angry at all. Just sad, sad for those who have lost loved ones, for parents who must have gotten a call and arrived at a school to find their child being covered by a sheet and wheeled into an ambulance, for the hurt and confused and frightened children who had to have seen things that no one, least of all children, should ever have to see, and for the community that now lies trying to sleep tonight, so close to a time of year that begs forgiveness and love, thinking on death and hatred.
But it's not our place to judge the dead. This was a vile, heinous, reprehensible act that served only to extinguish so many bright lights before they could shine more than a little while. Be that as it may, I cannot judge this man. I just can't. I'll not defend him, but neither will I condemn him, because I did not know him. None of us do, or did, and because of this, none of us ever will.

This is a very sad event. I know that if I'd done something like this, I would never be able to live with myself. I feel so sorry for the parents who have to go through with the lost of their child/children. I wish we could all live in a better world without such acts of violence and maybe then we could all be a little happier with what little we have.

I teared up when I saw the news video. What kind of monster would go and randomly kill 27 people at an elementary school, 18 of them being kids? May god have no mercy on that monster.
