Well, you know how stereotypically cruel children will burn ants with a magnifying glass? Think that, except with a conceptual magnifying glass about a mile around (and for those of you who know your optics, no spherical aberration... or whatever it is that means that the GOOD telescopes use mirrors instead of lenses) and a target area about a hundred feet around... and that is just the smallest she bothers with the technique for.
And yes, the title associate with this ability is "Hammer of the Dawn", and yes, the accuracy does improve when she has a unicorn spotter on the ground to paint the target.
P.S. Luna uses... well, the Final Fantasy terms would be "Comet" and "Meteo".
