At first glance, I thought I was looking at a toy story type image.

The best bit are those white sheet drapes, great reference to the original
Also makes me think of 'Life of Brian' for some reason (the stoning scene in particular)

Thank you, That is what gave me the motivation to try to mimic the original painting. Monty Python also influenced this a lot too

Thank you, I tried to match the original painting but used alien models instead and some of them didn't have thumbs so I got lazy and just when with the first pose I tried

Thank you, I love the original painting and couldn't resist stealing the design and layout, but I felt so bad about a direct rip off that I changed everything to have a sci-fi/fantasy theme

Okay, so you've convinced me to get this arena. This is a really great 'twist' on using this set in such a way. Add some shaders, put a floor and some benches in there, and you have a political arena/fantasy court sentencing area. The guy must have gone through hell to come out victorious.

Thank you, I have been wanting this arena and the chariot for a long time. When they did the March Madness sale on them for only 1.99 I couldn't resist it. I just used the default materials on the arena, but I think with some work it can be greatly improved. I did steal so awning from another model and placed them around the upper rim of the arena and that help cast some interesting shadows

I think if I tried more atmospherics it might get rid of some of that miniature model feeling
