Playing around with poses in DAZ Studio and Iray. I also wanted to try a ghost effect by combining two renders in Photoshop.- Good as Dead Poses

Well, yours is in your own style. I got exactly the same message, so from that perspective you were spot on. Your style is quite different so don't judge yourself on that. Have lots and lots of inspiration so that when you mix it all up together it looks unique. You wouldn't want to be a copy of someone else. Yours is fantastic.

Stunning artwork Joe. I love the ghost effect you have done, as the two demon women are pulling his soul from him. The way the angel is posed looking upwards. It is like she is looking for guidance, whether the soul actually belongs to Heaven, or not. Unless, the Angel is a Valkyrie, who collects the souls of the warriors. Either way, an awesome artwork and great composition. Very well done!

Yes. I would like to write a critic but it was too late for me. 2 points that you must enhance : 1) man is not hurted. 2) In the original photo, the sails give a movement of ascent which is very difficult to reproduce in DAZ. Perhaps ypu may add some blood. But I think you definitively need to make some work in Photoshop

Very good inspiration and really good realized.
It give me also an idea, to transpose this in my Viking universe with a Valkyrie and a fallen soldier.
