Yup, it's a half an hour sketch - I didn't go for details - it's more of a dream sequence.

Definitely has an ominous feel to it even without using dark colours or stormy weather.

That's the thing - every time an apocalypse is depictured, there is a lot of burning, cloudy, dark, drunkards, intestines, people sacrificing their childs, puppies, grannies (and what not) BUT WHAT IF the end came on a sunny afternoon? Right?

It reminds me of Deep Impact where the comet entered the atmosphere on a bright clear day which gives it a more "real" feel to it than the red sky and burning clouds image (which might be the case after it hits, but not before)
On the other hand, one ripping through clouds on an overcast day might look cool too.
