A red light suddenly began flashing in the corner of Spike's vision. The small dragon turned his fishbowl-adorned head to see what the problem was, only to discover said light was a G-Force limit warning. Spike leaped for the throttle to turn it down- but too late, as the impromptu spacecraft disintegrated around him... 40 kilometers above the planet, the atmosphere is not kindly to a tiny dragon.

Six days later, his frozen corpse floated gently above the atmosphere, cartwheeling and bouncing. Of course it's a corpse so it's not very cartoonish, is it?
