Some characters from the Clio and Patra series that are somewhat original creations! First off is the vigilante Cleanup - once frumpy fusspot student Marigold Scour, a class trip to ACE Chemical (dumb idea of the century) ended up with her falling into a vat of experimental detergent. Instead of a killer klown from Gotham City, Marigold was transformed into a merciless superhuman with a need to clean up the streets of Gotham. The fact that her accident was due to a fight breaking out involving Clio and Patra is no excuse for Cleanup to go after them...even if Clio was the one that collided into her and sent her over the edge into the goop....
