Moltops is a Fossil pokemon I created. Originally, I just wanted to do a Steel/Fire molten steel pokemon to give it Limber and have it be immune to all status but sleep. Limber felt too tacked on after the design was finished tough, so I changed it to Vital Spirit, which works kind of. I mean, howsleepy can you get when you're constantly melting?
