how come one never see's nazi faces in cartoons? they are usually masked shadows with mouths.

It's likely a psychological thing passed down for years and years, so those who do it these days might not even know why, but it's probably because if we see their eyes they're more human to us. Eyes are the most emotive thing on our faces (next to our mouths... and all the tiny little muscles and make inperceptible moves caused by emotions!) and thus keeping their eyes under shadows distances us from them, and also reinforces that they're not to be trusted.

same reason that many a basic enemy unit in games and movies wear scary masks (Stormtroopers, Civil Patrol, etc..)
makes them less human to us and more viewable as the enemy.

You should do more comics. This first page is incredibly dynamic and seems to let the story hit the ground running.
What happened to the other comic you were working on, with the girl waking up to a victorian woman sitting at a table, seemingly post-apocalyptic? You never gave the title, but the last page was appropriately titled "stalling". I'm excited to see it completed.
Also, the Nazis kill just about everyone; Catholics, Jews, homosexuals, Roma, Jehovah's Witnesses, Poles and other Slavs, any political dissidents, anyone with mental or physical disabilities, African-Germans, alcoholics, homeless and prostitutes. Of all the minorities, only the homosexuals weren't sent to the camps as the Nazi's were only worried about keeping the Aryan birthrate high. There were also about 27,000,000 Russians who died fighting the Nazi's, the highest mortality rate among any group during WWII and just above an estimated 20,000,000 Chinese. Glossing over how many people other than Jews died at Nazi hands only cheapens the whole thing. It's estimated that more than 70,000,000 people died in WWII and instead of making asinine comments about it, perhaps it could be handled with a little more taste and dignity. I'm looking at the myopic comment made by Minato and the "mee-too" of Mauser.
Sorry to bring things down, but for some of us this isn't just an exercise in mental masturbation.

All the feet are sort of floating above the ground...
I'm not sure if you're the kind of person who would go back and edit a finished page, but you might get a stronger message of "urgency" if at least one of the feet was on the ground and kicking some gravel (also if all three -four?- pairs of feet weren't in basically the same pose).
Or maybe that's just me.
Other than that, this page is great, it sets the tone nicely, and makes me want to find out what's coming. Like I said, I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, it's just a suggestion that, in my opinion, would make this page even better.

Oh, they're in urgency, it's just that Nazis have the ability to float over land (due to their heads being in the clouds) and while the body language states they're just marching a few inches off the earth, they're going almost as fast as a marathon track racer XD *fails at being funny*
