This is Anise, a character from my game of Mouseguard, an RPG by Luke Crane and David Petersen. She is a Guard Captain with 2 grasshoppers trained to keep an eye on the weather. When she's running a mission, she is all buisness, but when she's not, she just wants to play on her pan pipes

I very much think that it is. It has less numbers than d&d type games, and I think the character creation is more involved than simply picking abilities from a pile. It asks you questions and stuff!
