It is widely reported that Britain is the Surveillance Capital of Europe.Hit the city and you can barely pick your nose,lift your arse to fart or indeed go take a pee or make a phone call without the man (& in this case a Welshman too
) recording the occasion for minimal posterity

I have looked and looked at this photo for days...It evokes an emotional response from me of awe...I am not sure if it is the clarity, white balance, or the lines and patterns....I can not figure out what I am responding to...so I will just save it and look at it again.
