I`m a big animal lover but haven`t exactly got a wardrobe full of shots of them in my gallery,but I like this one enough to submit.This gorgeous girl happily trotted over as I walked by and promptly posed proudly like a Pro for me for several shots
She got her rewards for her co-operation by sharing half my Mint Cake
Was gonna crop the farmhouse to the left,but it ruined the composition,pushing the horse too tightly to the edge.
Thought of this as a Mono conversion while taking it and post production,it suited it a lot more than colour.

Jonny, I think the composition is perfect. To be honest, the farmhouse with the little tractor kept my attention for a while, and it seems to be perfectly placed and it fits right in to the shot. I am glad you didn't crop it out, it's just perfect the way it is.
Oh, and.... stunning sky, nice choice with the b&w, beautiful shot, i'm coming to wales,

The thumbnail here on DA does look dark to me,but the image lightens a lot on full view but I agree it wouldn`t hurt to try to lighten somewhere,I`m thinking the foreground could maybe do with a tad more light
