Please look at full view! Thumbnails distort the look slightly.This is a painting I just finished recently. It is the third in a series of angel themed paintings. The thing I like best of this painting is the eyes. So far it is my favorite out all the paintings I've done. I hope you enjoy it. Just in case you were wondering. All my paintings are done in acrylic. I don't know how long they take me to do because I never keep track. They take me a long time mostly because I screw up and have to fix it, but mainly because I procrastinate or change my mind. Well, on to the next one. Thanks for checking out my art. Size (36in. This is beautiful! I agree, the eyes are amazing. So full of life. The coloration overall is excellent. I like the color choices, which while gorgeous, are a bit unusual for an angel. It makes this really unique and eye-catching.
My only critique would be that the upper arms are shorter than the forearms. From wrist to elbow and from elbow to armpit should be about the same length. The upper arms are just a tad too short, make the arms looks strange.
It's a small detail in a big, wonderful painting, though.
