Cool effect to apply to yourphoto'sIts Adobe Photoshop Action file so you need to load it once its downloaded.
to load it do:
on your actions pallet you click on the orb with the arrow. Then you select "Load actions...", and open the file you downloaded

you should write that after downloading you need to
transfer the file to ... directory for it to work.

first time ive ever download and installed an action for ps
ive downloaded and put the file in
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Presets\Photoshop Actions
but then in photoshop, where do i go to use the actions?

ok you have your actions pallets, there is a litle orb thewre with and > arrow, click on it adn choose "load actions..." the select the fil you downloaded. then it will be available
