Description
Based on Darkwing Duck's episode 'A-duck-a-phobia', when he gets arachnid powers and becomes Arachnoduck, an obvious parody of Spiderman.Megavolt, one of his most recurring foes, is based on Spidey's foe Electro, so I fused them for this pic.

I can guess which villain he is based on. That spider reminds me a lot of Fluttershy.

Yep, it's a mix up of Mole Man, from Marvel Comics, and Professor Moliarty, Sherlock Holmes' enemy.
And yeah, he's a very nice guy.

I came up with an OC
Arachnoduck II
Real name: Percy Plucker
Occupation: School teacher
Bio: Following one of the many battles between Darkwing Duck and his foes, a spider became irradiated and bit school teacher Percy Plucker, giving him four extra arms, the ability to stick to walls, and the ability to spit webbing from his mouth. Having found Darkwing's old Arachnoduck costume in a discount bin at a costume shop, Percy decided to become the next Arachnoduck. (Sorry bout the bio, I haven't figured it all out yet)

I made him a schoolteacher because Peter Parker was one at one point.
Also: Herman, Sherman, and Thurman Quackers were a trio of brothers who were petty thugs and robbers. One day, when hiding among some garbage cans from the police, they found Darkwing's false villain identities from Jail Bird and formed the questionably competent supervillain team, the Terrifying Three.
Herman Quackers-The leader of the team and the most brutish and violent became Demolition Duck
Sherman Quackers-The smartest of the three became Rollerduck, using his technological know-how to add weaponry to his costume
Thurman Quackers-The dumbest of the three took the last remaining identity, Jumping Quack Flash. He doesn't have a lot of control over his jumping and crashing into things while jumping doesn't help his intelligence

Yeah, I was trying to make them like twisted versions of Huey, Dewey, and Louie.
I also had an idea for an episode: Justice Ducks Reassembled
The Justice Ducks hold auditions for new memebers (cameo Bana Boy, Glue Gal, and the Sneezemaster from Mutantcy on the Bouncy) and induct the Rubber Chicken, Comet Guy (unknown how he found out) and Arachnoduck. Gosalyn tries to audition as Quiverwing Quack, but Darkwing refuses to let her join (go figure). The expanded Justice Ducks succeed in capturing every criminal in St. Canard, save for bigwigs like Negaduck, Dr. Slug, and the higher-ups of F.O.W.L. Negaduck realizes that it's only a matter of time before he's caught, so he breaks out all the incarcerated villains and forms a new, larger, more powerful Fearsome Five which overwhelm the Justice Ducks and Gosalyn has to save them.
Also, have you read Boom Studios' Darkwing comics?

Also, the Liquidator is like Hydro-Man.
You know, they could've done a 'What If Darkwing remained as Arachnoduck?' or maybe someone else could've taken on that role.

I also had an idea for a trio of crooks getting their hands on Darkwing's false criminal identities, somehow bring back Gosalyn's other costumed identities...I got tons if you want to hear them.

Was Disney telling the future with this one? I mean one episode they give Darkwing spider powers and he already has a electric supervillian... years later they own Marvel Comics!

Spiderman acquired a shape-change like this, in an experiment to alter or remove his powers -that went awry. He couldn't go home after that.
