Exposure looks odd. It's bright on the left side of the moving guy, but not on the right or on the overall scene? The kid is nearly silhoutted whereas the water he's jumping into, along that plane of depth, is a even tone?
Good composition, good use of a slow shutter to have the kid blur on the left. But whether you dodged or burned or masked, it doesn't look realistic.

if i'm to believe this picture, that boy will never hit the water but soar away into a completely amazing sky.

This is breath-taking. Color might have spoiled the amazing contrast. The angle makes the water seem unreal and the boy seem to levitate above it's small surface. Interesting perspective, focus, i can't even describe it. This has everything i hope for everytime i take a photo.
