Actually, she has... partial facial paralysis. She can't really emote with her face because of her quirk. Her non challantly dunking Mineta when he groped her... wasn't. She literally couldn't show her outrage in her face.
One of the reasons why she's as bluntly honest as she is is because otherwise people wouldn't be able to tell what she's feeling.

I dunno if she necessarily has that. I think she's just socially inept in some areas due to having a very limited social life when she was younger, and by that same token, very comfortable being brutally blunt with people.

Well growing up with it myself, people on the high functioning spectrumΒ
aren't naturally inclined to develop social connections outside of the familyΒ
as it goes against an innate need to have a structured life.

I don't believe she formed relationships outside of the family because it went against her innate needs. She, of her own admittance, spent the majority of her time caring for her younger siblings, and any time she might have to socialize and make friends was sacrificed. She simply didn't have time to socialize outside her family, save for perhaps her one friend.
