Description With all the current festivities, I thought it was appropriate. Happy Holidays everyone.

Modeling/Texturing: 1+ hrs (cause i was following a tutorial)
Rendering: < 1 min on desktop, 6+ min on laptpop
Software: Modo 301

sorry i havent posted in a while, been busy with work, and more work and more work.

hmm well from a highly critical point of view, I suppose you could thicken the glass on the bottle, since it looks the entire liquid filled portion is just one object.



as well, the refraction index looks abit too high, normall alcohol bottles dont bend light that much

Beautiful work. U use the V-ray right? Oh ya btw is there any way we ca meet so u can show me how to start the V-ray, cuz Jake is giving it to me but it ain't working and I really want to play around with it.

actualy no. i didnt use vray at all. i used modo's renderer. its very powerful. i gave jake da vray, but i actually havent gotten it 2 work either. i've had better success with maxwell render. which is incredible. handles light better than anything out there. except maybe renderman from pixar.

i work near king of prussia, and i usually leave late. except for fridays.
