YES! another goofy looking non - evolution, hope he will get more faves than Raptalon
who only got like 5 or summat (Think he creeped ppl out) Maybe i will change his description to 'said to snatch the babies of those who do not fav him' Mwahahaha! 
Anyway, obviously this guy's based on a harp.

Name Meaning: Peace-Strum
This pokemon is said to be able to even put a jigglypuff to sleep with its soothing tune strumed by its stray arms. It is used to cure insomniacs. Its dreary expression leads some to believe it often strums not only others, but itself to sleep aswell.

Well, it's not like Raptalon is horrible...it's an interesting concept...seems like a "Sugimoti on 'shrooms" kinda Pokemon. You can still make it good...
