The lava crawler. a creature of my own invention, kinda like a fire crab of sorts. Eats ash and burns whatever its near. They usually can be found round volcanos etc.height: 11.6 '

It looks like it belongs on Mustafar. The back end reminds me of jets. It could be like an exhaust port to release excess heat.

It's a planet seen in Star Wars, Episode III. The planetscape is full of volcanos and lava. Lots and lots of lave. Kinda like hell.

so what happens when the volcano goes dormant? do they die? or do they eat the volcanic soil now?

eat the soil and move on, they can cause huge amounts of damage when traveling to a new volcano, burning forests and eating the ash
