Inktober Terrors and Bad uns 31 days of Bad guys and mean characters some iconic some obscure some silly .this is also going to my entires in to Finktober
Day 18 Snippy Snip Snip this is Slasher Brown from the 1996 UK Dennis the Menace TV show which is from the strip of the same name in the classic Beano comics. essentially Slashers whole deal was he wanted to make all the kids in the world bald, along with his other bald barber allies. and he wanted to capture Dennis to use as an example and get a reward.

One reason why I wanted to do inktober Storm , I feel so much more creative when I pay tribute to characters or shows that are rarely remembered or known. and I plan to do this more often regardless of them being popular or not.
