I love mermaids anyway (I was a sailor, what can I say?), but she is spectacular.Β She's beautiful, and her tail is dazzling.Β Great work with the bubbles as she splashes beneath the surface.Β Nice work with the shark lurking in the background.

All three are well done. This, to me, is the best one out of them.
Again, nice Job, Jeff!

Thanks, Timnaas I like this one as well. The contrast gives it a bit more of a dramatic effect.

Gravity hair from SAV. The water is from Stonemason's swimming pool. But lots of tricks used to create depth etc...

ah, very interesting
I am wonder...is her model immerse within very large object to which you have assigning water's optical properties, then use unbias render engine?
or you have create a rippled plane appear similar to water above her for simulate her submersions?

Ah - and now her hair looks a bit more appropriate - only noticed it was sort of water incompatible earlier today. Β

Yeah, I was more interested in the color than the appearance.

Not very fond of the fish tail but love the light and her expression.
