Wow. What a surreal and thought-provoking piece. I'm not sure I'm even qualified enough to critique it.
What strikes me about this piece in particular is how all its elements are familiar sights to the human eye, yet they have been manipulated in such a way to create this completely alien and unfamiliar landscape. The title "Paradise Lost" also attributes spiritual overtones to this piece, emphasizing the connection between the two subjects and their rather bleak surroundings.
I think my only critique is that the right leg on the subject in the foreground is a bit too "realistic" in comparison to the others...I don't know how that would be adjusted or anything, but I think it would complete the overall feeling of continuity.
An impressive and meaningful piece--thank you for sharing!

I think this would be something Salvador Dali might have come up with if he ever worked in digital.
Maybe your problem here that DA is now over run with anime and chiba and work this dark just isn't trendy.

you're actually not the first to mention DalΓ while looking at my art.
This makes me happy. He is my favorite artist and has totally influenced me in my art
