Description
This is my first real attempt at making a digital painting from scratch. I welcome any sort of critique that comes my way since this obviously needs more work. That aside, I'm pretty pleased with myself since I thought it would be terrible in comparison.This is simply a guy in a leather jacket making a slightly disturbed face. I have no idea why I did his skin so yellow.

Thanks for the compliment! I used Krita and a Wacom Intuos CTH-480 tablet. Honestly can't figure out how I pulled this off.

It's part of the Calligra suite which is a bunch of open source software. I run Linux so it was quite pleasing to find such a refined piece of art software. Krita itself is focused on digital painting, so it has an edge over Photoshop or GIMP if you aren't planning on doing major edits.
