I'd say the strongest design is definitely grass, however snow is quite a common unoriginal design... I can't pin-point what anime character looks almost exactly like that (I know you didn't copy, I'm just pointing out the common-ness).
Mist has a really great idea going, but she's the teeniest bit plain, I think something unique, iconic and simple on the torso would make her a strong design.
