Relics from a distant past, these towering arrays represent the remaining ancient installations that are still in full operation even into the present era of the Hierarchy. These massive installations can be found scattered in strategic locations across the homeworld's surface, as well as its moons. They have been heavily modified and upgraded, implementing the Hierarchy's latest advancements in super-science. These massive pointed structures mainly function as Scalar Wave emitters, and doubles as long range sensors. These installations form a giant planetary network and their power output can be variably scaled depending on the intended target, thus effectively creating a planet-wide defensive web against extra-planetary threats. Hierarchy vessels however, are equipped with Waveform Cancelers, enabling them to negate the wave interference and thus rendering them invincible against these weapons. Meaning, an entire section of space can be irradiated, eliminating hostile targets, while allowing Hierarchy vessels to remain unharmed. How exactly this mechanism works, is not fully understood.
