"Fry has baby fever" is now a running joke that I have with myself. But honestly, it feels very in-character that he'd be the first to say it. We've already seen Leela considering parenthood (via adoption at least) but I think she'd have a lot more baggage around the subject than Fry does due to growing up without her own mother and father, the fear of passing on her mutant traits to biological children and how they might be treated as a result, etc.
