Okey, so here you have the history behind the Alcedo breed
Such a amazing breed if I may say it by myself. Here you can find fact's about the breed and the refference of Heledir.Just so you all know, Heledir is up for breeding- if someone is intrested. But, not everyone can breed with him.
I have some requirement for breeding your mare.
The mare must be a virgin- Read why in the refference. You have to use the foal- One picture a month at least. To breed with Heledir- Make a picture of Him and your mare together... The foal must have a name in elvish.That was not too much to ask for, huh?
Oh, and I have to approve the design of the foal before you post it. That's a must.

Alcedos are always in some kind of blue. There is only two alcedos in the world at the same time... I don't know if I can let you make a mare. Let me think about it

Hi Jullelin, I am interested in breeding one of my mares with Heledir. She has the requirements I hope, she is a virgin and also a unique/fantasy breed. I have been making some references of the foal and what he/she could look like, I think the designs work well together. Similar to Heledir my mare is based on a bird, a Swan (infact you have drawn her before) Cygnet: [link]
So what do you think? May I breed the pair? Of course I will draw a breeding picture of the pair together and send you a reference of the foal, if you suggest any changes I will of course take them on board and edit the foal's design.
I have high hopes for this foal, and a lot of drawings planned.

About the wings:
Cygnet can take on two forms, one with wings and one without, I decided to keep her wings sometimes to keep her bird heritage, although in her reference sheet she is pictured without wings because they are plain white like her body.

I was just going to ask for a breed with Helidir. -remembers to remember name- so, I think I have an old picture of her in my gallery.. i might have deleted it when i cleaned out...
So, do you have to approve her first or something? xD -has no idea- Her name is Neiru and she's a black pegasus with a red mane and tail... erm, big black fluffy wings.
