Hey the sea is amazing, is this some feature of the newer versions of vue? I work with vue 6 infinity and it doesn't seem possible to be done there.

I don't know Vue 6, but Vue 7 and 8 have water-control : when you create your water, you can click on "edit object", then you can choose the foam, wind, agitation, chopiness, amount, depth... that you need for your work. Try one of the new trial versions and you'll see

ahhh in Vue 6 the water is an infinite plane with a texture applied, there is no way to edit it like that (only the sky in V6).
Duh a shame, I can't get hands on a newer version.

But you can work with a good trial version!! (only for 30 days):
.- Look for e-on software, and here for the trial versions. Click on "Vue 8 for 3D artists", and when the program is installing, choose "Vue 8 complete".
You can't render your work over 640 px, but is a good way to learn, 'cause you have ecosystems, painter ecosystem and control on your objects-edition (water, trees...)

well I need it for project in college and neither the college have it in it's computers neither I can buy it myself.
And the trials are not what it will do the job, anyway I will manage somehow and once I got another job I will go buy that software, it worth the money.

Just in case you are interested I work on a point and click adventure game right now, but it will not be over in less than a year. However the scenery will be made exlusivly in Vue so maybe you want to take a look.

Es un poco como de cuento para niΓ±os... me apetecΓa algo asΓ, no tan "dibujado, adulto, etc"
Y sΓ... a estas horas estoy tan cansada y estresada del dΓa, que no se me ocurre otra cosa que dibujar paisajes donde me gustarΓa estar
