A bill, that may become a law, that will make streaming/submitting/posting of any copyrighted material illegal. So generally anything with a legal copyright can't be put on the internet. It sounds good, but that also means that people really can't make fanart, fanfictions, abridged series, AMVs, and not even fancharacters anymore. i.e. This picture has Shadow in it. Since Shadow is copyrighted to sega/sonic team, and I didn't get permission to draw him and put him on the internet, I get sent to prison for 5 years.
