Gah, I honestly have to say, I can never get enough of this particular character, no matter how many times you draw her. 
To me, from the initial design upon her creation, her character has always intrigued and awed me, perhaps out my natural affinity for white dragons, but her design here is indubitably much more impressive and intricate than previous portrayals! I really adore how the stripes seem to come together in a vivid, stark cumulus of colours, albeit simultaneously adhering together congenially to form larger stripe-oriented patterns as a whole, the ones embossing her face in particular complimenting her face nicely. There's something about this particular theme of pattern and colour that is, in all honesty, original in its own right, unlike any other design I've ever seen before, having a strange icy/camouflage kind of panache, as though one who resides in subzero regions like a mountain range with great ease. 
I also love her pose, here, especially in the way her posture appears to be casually shying away in the mannerism of stretching or curiously reversing back to get a more wholesome perspective of what she's looking at; as well as the angular stretch of her wings. And then there's something about the structure of the horns and head anatomy in general that continues to allure my attention. o.o
Fabulous work as always! 
I've always enjoyed your depictions of this character, and her design becomes more and more intriguing and complete every time!
