Description
I'm not much for digging into concept art of things on my own, but I'm interested if they cross my path. Imagine my surprise a few years ago at G-fest visiting some of my favorite dealer tables when I suddenly saw this little (and I do mean little) guy sitting on a display, and the tag said it was a TOY of a model mock up made for the original 1954 Godzilla before they tweaked the design a little bit to create the iconic suit we now know and love. I fell in love with it, even though he looks a little like Reptar XD
The biggest difference of course between this and the final suit is of course the size of the head which got a lot smaller, and the scale appearance of the skin was of course changed to more of a tree bark effect. I just love this little guy as a relic of the "what if" side of what we might have seen.
