Here is the main villain of "Jeikudon: Prince of Kaiju" volume 2! I pretty much thought of Judge Claude Frollo from Disney's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame". I based him off of frollo because of just how evil Frollo was. Seriously, in the first few minutes of the film, he kills a young mother, threatens to drown her deformed infant, and grudgingly raises said child because he thinks he's going to hell if he doesn't, as well as destroying any self-esteem the child has, even giving him the cruel name "Quasimodo", meaning "Half-Formed".

Abilities- Able to shoot green fire from his tail and purple fire from his hands.
Personality-Hungry for power and viewing himself to be above all others. His personality can be understood by this quote from the film "Judge Claude Frollo longed to purge the world of vice and sin, and he saw corruption everywhere except within."
Bio- A court judge that actually liked Kyomyraxus' rule. He actually was still loyal to Kyomyraxus after Jeikudon took the kingdom back, landing him in prison. He eventually broke out and plans to usurp Jeikudon, same as Kyomyraxus. He's not after a queen, not jewels, but power.
