Chapter 4

Later that night, Godzilla and Junior were asleep in their own separate sections of the cave. Godzilla found himself in a strange parallel universe, staring at Junior from behind. He called out “Junior, what is this place?” Junior stood with no reply. He called out again “Son?” as he reached out and grabbed his shoulder, only to have Junior quickly grab his hand and throw it off of his shoulder as he turned. Godzilla looked on in fear as Junior stared at him with glowing red soulless eyes. Junior then said to him “Hello, father…” Godzilla reviled in horror to see his son turned into the demon he saw before him. He then exclaimed “Who did this!? Who did this to you!?” As he grabbed him by the shoulders and began shaking him. Godzilla then heard the familiar voice of someone he had not heard for years. The voice chuckled, then materialized into someone he knew all too well. It was his uncle Shin, looking down on him with a sadistic, toothy grin. Junior, who now had a mysterious red glow, then appeared next to Shin, as Shin looked toward Junior and said to him “Let’s finish this, shall we?” Godzilla found himself paralyzed and unable to move, while Junior and Shin charged their respective atomic ray, and the last thing Godzilla saw before finally waking up was a red atomic ray, fired by Junior, and a purple atomic ray, fired by shin, heading right at him. When Godzilla awoke, he found himself jumping up in fear. Quickly, he headed down to a mountainside near the beach where Legendary made his home. He woke up Legendary and said “Legendary, we need to check the iceberg tomorrow!” Legendary then replied confusedly “Why, is something wrong?” Godzilla then replied “I need to make sure he hasn’t escaped!”
