So, this list has some controversial picks. Keep in mind, this is my own personal opinion of favorites. This is only for the base game, not including Iceborne. This also excludes Behemoth because I haven't fought him yet.
From left to right on each tier is my most to least favorite on each tier.
S- tier (Absolute favorites)- Kulve Taroth, Kushala Daora, Vaal Hazak, Dodogama, Azure Rathalos, Teostra, Kirin, Nergigante, Xeno'Jiiva, Lunastra
A-tier (Really like these guys, just not as much as S-tier)- Zorah Magdaros, Black Diablos, Diablos, Rathalos, Deviljho, Legiana, Odogaron
B-tier (These guys are nice. Not my favorites, but still cool.)- Anjanath, Tzitzi-Ya-ku, Barroth, Tobi-Kadachi, Uragaan
C-tier (I like these guys just ok.)- Rathian, Paolumu, Radobaan, Bazelgeuse, Pink Rathian
D-tier (These guys are meh, I don't hate them, but don't love them)- Kulu-Ya-Ku, Jyuratodus, Pukei-Pukei, Great Girros
E-tier (I hardly fight them or fight them so much that I can kill it easily)- Great Jagras(AKA the Great punching bag), Lavasioth.
F-tier- I really don't think that any of the monsters are F-tier worthy.
