Considering the Jaegers' sizes in 'Pacific Rim', it may be more appropriate for Gypsy Danger to transform into something significantly larger than an SUV. Maybe the Caterpillar 797FΒ www.cat.com/en_US/products/newβ¦, which has a nominal payload capacity of 400 tons (EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND POUNDS)?

I thought so too, but I guess Matt make GD male because the Jaeger is masculine in build. Technically all the Jaegars have a female AI voice (GLaDOS) , but the robots look like men or at least gender neutral. Knowing how Matt makes characters chances are that some Jaegars will beΒ redesigned to become Fembots.Β
