I doubt it, mostly because we had Ophanimon Falldown Mode in the last movie. Plus, Tailmon already had Holydramon from Digimon 02 movie.

Well, to tell you the truth, I gotta a feeling that Magnadramon will be Tailmon's true mega form myself. Especially since Magnadramon is part of the promo cards for the Tri movie. I wish it'll be Ophanimon instead, but it's just wishful thinking sadly.
