Yay, finally you got around to doing all of your Warrior Cats. They all look awesome and very unique! I love your lineart too, though it looks a little odd seeing kittens that are structurally no different from the adult cats. Maybe they're just older kittens.

It figures you posted this when my computer died and my net access was unreliable. But it sure is a nice surprise to finally see them. Overall you have a nice looking clan. My only complaints (if you can call them that) is the lack of torties and calicos and the lack of long-haired or medium-haired cats. I think you may have limited yourself by omitting those types of cats from your Clan, however you did a great job with the types of cats you did use.

I guess I should try to review them all since I've waited so long to see them.

PHOENIXSTAR: She looks awesome; I like how her eyebrows are red instead of normal black. It makes her features look softer and more feminmine.

SABERHEART: I love his stripe over that one eye, esp. since it gets interrupted. Very unusual.

DAWNCLOUD: She's a very pretty cat; then again I have a weakness for near-white cats with blue eyes. Hers is more of a cream colour, but the result's the same in my opinion. By the way, you 'stole' one of my made-up Warrior Cats' names. She's a dilute calico though.

THUNDERSTEP: Odd name for a cat; I thought they were supposed to walk silently. Anyways even though he looks like many other tabbies, you managed to make him unique with his ear and darker coat colour.

TIGERSTRIPE: What's there to say? It's a cat with black tiger stripes. But those ears are something you don't see everyday on these orginal characters! Good job making an otherwise cliche concept unique and one of a kind. He's a fighter, yes? He has a number of scars on his muzzle.

MOSSPELT: Sorry for skipping ahead here; this comment suites her more than Fernpelt (are they related? they look awlfully alike ). I still have only seen one cat in real life that was anywhere near a brown colour; he was a solid chocolate brown with a spot on his chest. It's too bad because the colour looks very nice on them. I like what you did for Mosspelt, despite the unusual colour choice. You certainly made it more interesting with her saddle back, stripes, and light stripes (that's a first). I also like how you made her ears tattered-- it gives her an old look. But maybe next time make her whiskers bent (my old lab has some like that now) or give her a white face?

FERNPELT: Love the colour-scheme and markings. I wish real life cats came in her colour more often. She must have Siamese in her family somewhere because her tabby markings are clearly pointed.

SILVERWHISKER: Wow, now there's a silver-phase cat if I ever saw one. Even his eyes are silver (or silvery-blue). I like his spots and the diamond marking on his face. The funny thing is I always pitured Cinderpelt (and her reincarnation Cinderheart) as having that same feature except in white.

SHADOWFUR: Poor Shadowfur. I don't know really what to say about her other than that she's black and has green eyes. Such is the fate of many black cats in animal shelters; people just don't find them interesting or unique enough. But like those cats, I'm sure she has a great personality. There is a slight problem though; her dark colour kind of makes it hard to see the outline. Maybe you should lighten it a tad.

LEOPARDTAIL: I can't say I like Leopardtail's colours too much; they look too green which happens with bronze yellow shades. At least her eyes match! I love that tail of hers; it's neat that only her tail is spotted!

NIGHTCLOUD: Another black cat? Well, not quite; she's more of a very dark gray, which makes it easier to see her outlines. I like her yellow eyes too and slightly lighter spot on her forehead. At least I hope that was an intentional marking and not some highlighting on your part.

BLACKCLAW: I always gave some of my cats white socks or stockinged feet. I never thought of giving them DARKER feet like that before, though I did give one of my Neopets darker feet and some of my other characters too. I have to say it looks really good on a cat. It's also neat how his face lacks stripes. Great way to make your tabbies different instead of counting stripes or something.

BRAMBLECLAW: I love Brambleclaw's tabby markings. They look the most like that M tabbies have on their foreheads, but you managed to tweak it a bit to give him a very unique look. His colours are nice too, though I must say I still prefer silver tabbies esp. when their stripes are not that dark (blue tabbies are my absolute fave-- like that picture of Silverstream in "Cats of the Clans). It's also neat that you made most of his tail one colour. That's different.

BLAZINGPAW: You already read my opinion on Blazingpaw's new design, and it hasn't changed since then. I'm glad you changed his eyes back to green; it actually goes better with his coat. Have you decided who his father is yet?

SWIFTPAW: Yay, a torbie... or close to it. I know you designed this kitty after a real cat, and it looks very nice. Cats have such a variety of markings and colours to be inspired by; the ideas are endless.

RAINPAW: She looks a lot like Silverwhisker. Are they related? Father and daughter? Or brother and sister? Whatever. Condos for making her exact silver colour different from his. It's so much doing that on the computer than with other mediums. I like her colour a little more than Silverwhisker's but both have attractive colours.

SMOKEPAW: I love the cascading effect on his paws as you move up his legs and into his body. It's like Siamese or pointed markings, except in reverse! Ditto on his face and tail.

MORNINGFLOWER: Such a pretty name and such a pretty cat. She reminds me of a combination of two of my Warrior Cats, Foxpatch (who has orangey-tan patches over his body) and Cornflower (who is a dilute calico and mother of my Dawncloud). I love her diamond marking on her forehead; it makes her look so pretty. I also like that her colours are more yellow than cream; that's one colour cats have yet to come in (in real life)! Not too sure about her matching eyes though; maybe I just like eyes that provide more of contrast than those that match exactly...

SANDFUR: Another cat with colours I haven't seen in real life. But like all of your other designs, she looks completely possible in real life. Here's hoping that such a cat that colour will come along! Again I'm not too fond of her brown eyes; it's just a little too much with her brown body. Actually her markings remind me of an old cartoon character's... except he was a wolf.

SNOWKIT: Would you believe that I have actually seen a kitten with those same markings before?!? Only difference is the eyes. The one I saw had very pale blue eyes. Yours is odd-eyed (I think-- my monitor is anicent). It's about time someone created an odd-eyed cat!! After so many books, I'm surprised that the authors NEVER put in a cat with two different coloured eyes. Please ignore if Snowkit isn't odd-eyed though. The colour of the eye I can see is nice. I take it Morningflower is his mother? They look a bit alike in colours and markings. Actually it's like Snowkit has that cream patch where Morningflower is missing it.

TAWNYKIT: She isn't exactly what I would call tawny, but she is very pretty cat. Kind of like a combination of Phoenixstar and Fernpelt.

LIONKIT: While his colour doesn't strike me as lion-like, I absolutely love how you gave him those markings real-life lion cubs have on their faces and extremities. I hope that he doesn't lose them the way lion cubs do as they grow up.

HAWKCLAW: I love his markings overall. It's a nice take on what would otherwise be a solid-coloured cat. Is his muzzle naturally white or is it the result of aging? My comments about the bent whiskers still applies for him too. I find that aspect gives older animals much of their grizzled, worn-out look so many of them have...though come to think of it I have no idea how you would actually accomplish that feat in cartoony characters.

Lol, sorry for the long comment. Hopefully you'll enjoy going thru all of this feedback on your Warrior Cats.

OMG i love these .. i have read quite a few of the warrior cats books and i love them .. i have 2 'kittypets' at the moment .... my faves here are Dawncloud, Morningflower and Snowkit .... may i just make one comment???? as snowkit is white shouldnt the eyes be blue???? please dont be mad .. i just never seen a white cat with eyes other than blue thats all .... phoenixstar is gorgeous though she looks like an excellent leader for her clan xxx
