Oops, sorry, english in not my mother tongue so I couldn't
find a better way to express myself better at the moment. Chuck Norris is an actor who is famous for doing martial arts, his most famous move the roundhouse kick. He did lots of action movies, always playing badass roles, Bruce Willis style, and there are lots of funny phrases about his awesomess XD like for example:
The Manhattan Project was not intended to create nuclear weapons, it was meant to recreate the destructive power in a Chuck Norris Roundhouse Kick. They didn't even come close.
I guess the joke about "Chuck Norris was here" is that, the place was so scary that even Chuck Noris had a hard time in there XD
