how come when i read "tizu" it was instead "chizu"? was the "ti" changed to "chi" somehow?

I don't think that "ti" is an actual syllable. I'm pretty sure that "chi" goes in the place of "ti"... Kinda like "tsu" replaces "tu" and "shi" replaces "si". I hope that makes sense.

I saw you writing "muu ichido itte kudasai" and "imuuto" and I was just wondering if that is something dialectal? That is, since I've been tought by my teacher to say "moo ichido itte kudasai" and "imouto".

I know I'm not Samu-sensei, but 'kawaii' is a Japanese adjective meaning 'cute'.
'Kurosai' means black rhino, but I'm sure that's not what you mean. I think you meant to type 'kudasai', which means please.
For example: 'Su-teki o kudasai' - a steak please.

It's mu. That kana is mu, but sometimes people speak differently from how they write it and it ends up with different kana in different places...
