Aw, thanks! They have to be small enough and on a surface that helps them hold their surface tension (certain types of feathers, flower petals, blades of grass, etc)

Aw, thank you! They're colored water! I wanted something different than regular clear drops so I mixed myself some colorful ones and have been experimenting with them ^.^
