Congrats on the DD!
I LOVE the perspective, and how the ying-yang sign fits so nicely in the middle!!
The drop almost looks like a smile, from a panda or a bear or something, with two tiny ying-yang eyes, and ying-yang mouth, and the little line curving up the right side as a slight smile
Great idea!!

Great job (again... as always. )
If you don't mind, I'd like to use this as a reference for a charcoal/pastel piece.
Thanks for the consideration.

This. Is. Just. Too... PERFECT. I absolutely love the simplicity, and the symbolism with the use of yin-yang in the background, and then minimized in the water drop, and then... and the...
No more words. Just wow!

Not trying to call you out on technicalities, but I thought you might like to know...
The image in the water droplet is a refraction, not a reflection. That is why the image is inverted. Basically, your water droplet is acting as a lens and inverting the light to cause the image to be upside down. The lens of your camera does the same thing. In old film cameras, this would be fixed by the person turning the film over once it was processed. Digital cameras process the image and flip them for display. Our eyes do the same thing, the image that is projected onto our retina is actually upside down, then our brain processes it and flips it the right way. It's fun to think that the art you are creating, by the time it gets to the end result of a viewer seeing the image, the light source has been flipped many times. This is also what would cause an image to be in or out of focus. [link]
I once read an article somewhere about a study that was conducted to see if the human brain could be trained to perceive differently. It is talked about more in the Wikipedia article about Perceptual Adaptation [link]

This is awesome! Do you use any special stuff in the water in order to change its viscosity?
