My handwriting's still horrible. But I did this tutorial by the time I didn't have anything but SAI :/

Ich hab mir das ganz am Anfang mal angeschaut, da hab ich's nicht kapiert. Und eben hab ich mir's nochmal angeschaut & jetzt hab ich's kapiert!

Oh and a question, I like to use textures, but I don't really know how to work with textures and shading, you know, how to layer and blend them and such. Could you help me out? ;u;

I'm glad you like it ^_^
You could just put the texture over the whole picture and change the Blendmode to Overlay, Softlight, Linear Light/Burn for example. Using no blendmode at all makes a picture look rather dull and stuff U:

ICh finde es wirklich eine Hilfe, du schreibst so deetaillliert und versuchst es jedem verständlich zu machen.
Aber machst du immer erst einen Chara, dann den nächsten darüber? O:
