This is so gorgeous! I love how the moon is tilted just out of normal perception, giving the piece an elegant twist. I wish I had been there to see it!

Nice eclipse. I have a question
There will be another solar eclipse this sunday, and I'd like to take a picture of it.
I think the use of a ND filter is crucial, but I don't know how many stops I should reduce. Any suggestion?

Es ist immer schwer etwas zu schreiben, wenn es schon ein älteres/r Bild/Beitrag ist, weil schon alles gesagt/geschrieben wurde.

wow toll! Ich hab sie in Österreich leider nicht genau gesehen, da ich zu spät auf bin bzw. dann keine Sonnenbrille hatte und die Kamera auch nicht viel gebracht hat.

Danke Ich hab einen 1000x Graufilter benutzt, sonst hätte das auch nie funktioniert Aber dann konnte man das ganze Spektakel bequem durch den Sucher beobachten

wo in deutschland hast du das denn gemacht?! *g*
also ich hab mir nen wecker gestellt und wollte das auch unbedingt fotografieren. aber da ich erst um 5 ins bett bin und dann frühs rausgeschaut hab und alles bewölkt war, hab ich einfach weiter geschlafen
ich hoffe einfach mal, dass es hier wirklich so bewölkt war, dass man nichts gesehn hat, sonst würde ich mich echt ärgern, dass ich nicht aufgestanden bin

wirklich toll festgehalten! <3

Ja es war ja in den meisten Teilen Deutschlands bewölkt Ich war bzw. bin östlich von Stuttgart, hier war es morgends sehr sonnig
