Well Kushinov's outstanding design might be the only good thing about it, animation itself looks like a cutscene for a korean mobile mmorpg, and apparently it's kind of unfaithful to the original GITS but not sure because I didn't watch it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's only the animation quality that bothers people. Designs are not bad and we don't know the story since it's only a trailer. If it's a good show people will come to like it regardless, I hope it is.
