Issue 16Starring Jamie
Jamie finds herself the victim of a man discriminatory of her size, and is forced to find work elsewhere.
I got a lot of practice drawing office chairs in this one. This is the largest WGIU I've done, running in at 5 pages total. The rest of this issue is in Part 2. In order to prove what a virtuoso I am, this is also the first WGIU to be fully inked, not just pencilled.

Huh. Call me unobservant, but I just now noticed Jamie's reference to her work on the Nutricorptech account--the same manufacturer of Danielle's mysteriously defective weight gainer supplement. What a nice little tie-in!
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the Happy Joy Buffet also purchases some of its special "seasonings" and "sauces" from that very same leading manufacturer of fine dietary additives for meeting the rapidly growing needs of our modern times.

Well shoot, guess I won't be winning any Eisner's this year. Seriosuly though, this is all supposed to be pretty over the top, straw-man villains and fanservice all around. That's not an excuse, it's an explanation

Well youβre no Boston and Shawn. The nightmare fuel watching that fetish made reality/madness drags me into a pit beyond despair and hope. But you say this is over the top? This is just the same moving pin-up with text territory everyone else has covered. Iβm glad to see that you are not made of the same zealous fervor and can crack wise on your own expense.

You know, Jamie's boss really was a jerk considering that replacing her wouldn't really cut costs unless the new girl is going to get paid less. Heh, but you gotta love that look of dread on that new girl's face at the end.
...Umm, I don't know how else to bring this up since I know you worked really hard on this...I liked how Jamie looked in Issue 10 better. This is especially true for me after reading part two (see comment for part 2).

Did Jamie decide to abandon her exercise regimen? I was expecting her to lose a little, but it appears as though she doesn't care if she's "too big to leave the house." One of the best WGI's yet!

Clearly Miss Becca will spend all of her time stuffing her face and doing a horrible job on Jamie's project. I think now we need to see a future comic that features a cameo of Johnson as the Happy Joy Buffet's newest busboy.
