Ooo, cute. Rainbow hair is cool. Looks a bit washed out, though... but that's the scan's fault. Play with your contrast and brightness a bit. Would also look better with shading.... You probably already know this, but it doesn't hurt to make sure.
Go lightly and slowly add more color where you want stuff to be darker. Then shade more with a darker shade or black.
