Download for Full viewFor many months, I've been working for a small company creating the graphics for a facebook game called Teddy's Turf. This game recently went live, so I'm uploading all the work I've done. This game is free to anyone to play, but also has some features for paid subscribers. I'm not responsible for any of the coding or decisions in the game design, I am only responsible for the creation of the visual art.

This is the main illustration I did for the header, which was pretty fun! I designed most of the header, except for the buttons.

Well, this was done in photoshop actually! I have an Intuos 3 tablet which makes it easier to paint digitally.

im looking into your college to go to ONLY because you went there and i love your work but its kinda.. in the middle of no where for me. What teacher did you have? ( like to research them and see if i like them before i travel out there)

There are tons of fantastic schools for illustration in New York City, so if that's local for you go to one of those. 
Indeed, I had all these instructors. The way art school works, like any college, is that you have various instructors for every subject. So there is a painting instructor, a children's book instructor, a digital painting instructor... Not just a single mentor for four straight years.

I'm still trying to figure out how you get the light, almost glow, in the shadows of you characters. It perplexes me.

Aw, thank you so much! It's pretty easy once you figure it out. Have to think of it as a secondary light source, but really dim and colored.
