So here's a small practice on Sans' facial expression..Sans's expressions and demeanor easily changes even with no muscles involved.
But even with all the expressions he has, he should always look chill and lax (even if he is furious). That's what makes his expression unique from the other characters.
Also, it's really hard to choose which expression he prefers..
..because you can never know what's his real expression behind your back.
