Hello
heheh its Bomberman in CubeE style XD
Thanks for my friend to tell me about it , and she made many of them
and thanks for to allow me use Bomberman cube E ^^
sorry we run out of ink
what can we see a story ?
(1) Bomborman (white) appear .
(2) and Walking ...
(3) .. .. .. ( Outch !! ) he is falling XD

Oh i'm sorry for late replay ,Ok I hope i can help
First : draw the water drop by pencil or anything you used
then : i put it in photoshop
Next : use magic tool to select the water drop and coloured with blue
After that : open new layer try don't lose the select last time , and put the layer ( Multiply) i start shade the water drop . and combine the two layer using Ctrl+E
Finally : try to put some light by using Highlight and for shade by using burning tool.brush
that's all ^_________^ hope it's helpful
